The law firm of Lavalle, Brown & Ronan, P.A. is a general practice representing individuals; small to medium-sized businesses; and regional, national, and international corporations. We are proud to be one of the longest established law firms in the Boca Raton area. For over 25 years, Lawrence Lavalle and Jeff Brown were partners in Boca Raton, Florida; and in 1984, Kenneth Ronan became a partner. The firm changed its name to Lavalle, Brown, Ronan & Soff, P.A. in 1994 and to Lavalle, Brown & Ronan, P.A. in 2005. It presently has seven full-time attorneys and one "of counsel" attorney. Our primary goal is to meet our clients' needs for legal services in a conscientious and committed manner. The firm specializes in commercial/civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and real estate.
