Are witnesses important in Florida boating accident cases?Return to FAQ Videos
Witnesses are important in every case. The more witnesses, the better. They should be witnesses that don’t restate the same thing over and over again, but that’s how you prove a case. You prove it with witnesses. Yes, you can have photographs, and yes, you can have other types of evidence, but nothing is more powerful than a very credible witness, who particularly may not have a dog in the fight, who just observed the accident take place, and they tell a judge or a jury, or even at a mediation through a video deposition, what they saw. That is powerful testimony and something that can really help your case.
