Transcript:

Yes there can be many individuals or entities that can be responsible other than those that are named in your question. One is the owner of the vehicle, that’s called vicarious responsibility, and an owner of a vehicle can be responsible for how a driver behaves, and if they’re negligent and they cause damages or injury, the owner can be responsible even though they’re not anywhere near the accident site.

There can also be property owners that can be responsible. There can be other entities and people that can be responsible as well. That’s why it’s a good idea to make sure you get competent counsel that understands all these issues so you can make sure that you approach all individuals or companies which may be responsible for your injuries.
