What do I need to prove to win my Florida boating accident case?

Return to FAQ Videos

Typically, in a boating accident case where you have injuries, you have to prove liability and damages. Liability simply means that some at fault person was doing something that is not reasonable and that’s the basis of liability, and then you have to prove damages which include past, present and future wage loss, past, present and future medical, and of course, if you have a permanent injury, those damages. You may have punitive damages as well.
